Shipping & Returns

Biosnooze products are delivered free of charge to a UK mainland address by DPD UK. We’ve chosen to work with DPD because of their clear commitment to becoming the UK’s most sustainable delivery company. You can read more about their green initiatives here. Deliveries are usually made between 2 and 4 working days from the date the order is received. The majority of our deliveries will arrive between 8am and 8pm from Monday to Friday. Please note, our delivery is free, however orders being sent to addresses outside of the UK are subject to a flat fee of £20 and may be subject to additional custom charges and import taxes.

We will replace or where appropriate repair any goods that fail within 12 calendar months of delivery by reason of faulty materials or workmanship, provided that you notify us within a reasonable period of the failure. In all cases remedies offered by us shall not affect your statutory rights or our responsibilities under the Sale of Goods Act. If you decide for any reason you no longer want the goods purchased, you can return them within 30 (thirty) days in their original packaging and unused. We will then give you a full refund.
